Caring for Abbeville County since 2008.
United Christian Ministries of Abbeville County (UCMAC) is an organization of volunteers extending the mission work of local churches in Abbeville County. UCMAC is dedicated to showing the love of God by providing two programs: utility and housing assistance through the Emergency Assistance Ministry, and non-perishable food through three food pantries to qualified Abbeville County citizens. UCMAC also provides referrals to other agencies and organizations for further assistance when deemed appropriate.
Our Programs
Emergency Assistance
UCMAC is dedicated to showing the love of God through helping qualified Abbeville County families in crisis remain or become self-reliant.
Medical Services
Primary care and maternity care services are available through our healthcare partners, Abbeville Area Medical Center and CrossRoads Women’s Center.
Food Pantry
Three food pantry locations in Abbeville, Calhoun Falls and Lowndesville serve qualified residents of Abbeville County, providing nutritious meals to families facing food insecurity.
